Your Wellness, Our Priority
Our residents participate in a wide variety of daily activities and exercise programs. Each activity and exercise at Azalea Estates of Gonzales is designed to stimulate the mind, body, and spirit. Led by our experienced Wellness and Activities Coordinator, we see improvements in many of our resident’s physical and mental wellbeing in just a short period of time.
Our experienced Wellness Coordinator on a daily basis offers individual and group exercise programs. The Coordinator attempts to focus on each resident’s particular needs during the sessions. These exercise classes include Range of Motion, Strength Training and Balance Exercises. Whether it’s one of the group chair or standing exercise classes, fall prevention and conditioning classes, or a more individualized regimen, we are committed to helping you take control of your own health and wellbeing.
